If a contract states that our client will make their own arrangements to pick up and return deliver their Linens all products must be returned the next business day after the event date |

Separate charges apply for the delivery, setup and breakdown of specially linens and chair covers for events and weddings |

Damaged Specialty Linen and Chair Cover Rental Items |

All linens must be returned in the condition they were delivered barring normal wear (soda, scuff marks etc..).Any chair covers that are torn, ripped, burned, mildewed or stained(wine, wax, juice,oil etc…) beyond cleaning will be charged to you. Please do not pack linens in plastic after your event as it will mildew |

Unfortunately accidents happen. However because of the nature of our business our inventory is rented out on an event basis, and due to the high volume of events items may be rented out the next day. If there are problems with the inventory we find ourselves having to overnight manufacture replacement items in an attempt not to disappoint our clients. Due to this there may be additional charges on certain items. Please read this policy as it is important. |
