If a contract states that our client will make their own arrangements to pick up and return deliver their Linens all products must be returned the next business day after the event date.
If ALL items have not been received by the return date agreed upon following the event, a late fee will be charged equal to 20% of the total rental order for each day the order is late.
If the complete order has not arrived within one week of the agreed upon return date, the client will be charged the FULL replacement fee for the complete order.
